"I don't consider myself to be just a fashion designer. My work is not only about clothes. The reason for working with clothes is that for me, clothes have always been an essential way of communicating.

Most of the creating process is about other things than the piece of clothing itself. I can make the designs very quickly when the moment is right. But making just that would be too easy. That is why I want to add up other things to it. I write a lot, more and more every day. I edit my writings and plan new things to come. I'm in the process all the time, constantly."
